LOUGHGALL VILLAGE WALKING TOUR

Village Walking Tour
Loughgall Village Walking Tour is the culmination of a Heritage Tales & Trails Project funded under the "All our Stories" Heritage Lottery Fund. It can be joined at any point along the route. The tour takes in 66 points of interest in its half mile course, all of which are marked on the map at the back of the Tour Booklet.

LOUGHGALL OLD GRAVEYARD TOUR

Old Graveyard Tour
Loughgall and District has been called home by the Aristocracy, Baronets, Members of Parliment (MP), District Lieutenants (DL), Justices of the Peace(JP), Lieutentant Colonels, WW1 soldiers, Clergy, teachers, doctors, and many other notable figures as well as “ordinary folk” who have all left their mark on the community, local schools, buildings and indeed the pages of Loughgall history.
This Graveyard Tour, primarily funded by Armagh City and District Council, offers a unique look into the past and gives the opportunity to learn more about some of these individuals. The numbers on the graveyard map at the back of the booklet correspond to the numbers of each entry.
